The Quadrus MINI 3 megapixel imager provides the highest performance available in miniature “mini” imagers for data tracking. It is the only imager to decode tiny, high density codes of 3 mil or smaller.

With the flexibility to read tiny 2D codes, long linear bar codes, and up to 100 codes per capture, the Quadrus MINI 3 is the most powerful mini ID imager available for virtually all bar code applications.

3 Megapixel Processing
3 megapixel processing allows for reading tiny 2.5 mil codes or long 1D codes. The Quadrus MINI 3 also decodes up to 100 symbols within the field of view in a single read capture. Three optical versions are available.

Dynamic Autofocus
Position your symbol within the field of view and push the EZ button for a real time autofocus experience. The Quadrus MINI automatically adjusts for distance to focus on the symbol and sets internal parameters to optimize reading of symbol.

Compact Shape and Size
Quadrus MINI is the world’s smallest high performance imager, measuring 1” (25.2 mm) height x 1.8” (45.7 mm) width x 2.10” (53.3) length and weighs less than 2 ounces (57 g). The short height is especially useful for fitting in small spaces under conveyors and the light weight for mounting on robotic machinery.

Wide Field of View
High resolution zero-distortion optics, diffractive full field illumination, and a wide scan window allow linear and 2D codes as large as 2” (50.8 mm) square to be read as close as one inch (25.4 mm) with optional right angle mirror.

Q–Mode Option
Q-Mode algorithms provide the most consistent decoding available for a wide range of code types. Q-Mode also enhances the Field of View and adds ability to decode Micro QR, Aztec, and Postal codes.

High Data Level Output
2D codes can have a high level of data capacity. The Quadrus MINI can quickly process and output large amounts of data allowing for quick ‘back to back’ reading of products.

ESP Software
ESP is Microscan's proprietary reader setup and testing software. The purpose of ESP is to provide a quick and easy way to setup and configure Microscan's complete line of bar code scanners and 2D imagers.

Push-Button Setup
The EZ button is a powerful setup feature. Three programmable positions can be used to quickly perform complex tasks. EZ button user-selectable functions include:
